Cooking with Essential Oils

I recently held a Health and Wellness Naturally workshop which was loads of fun. Here are the recipes and a picture of the nibbles I made for the night. I love using essential oils to flavour my food. They are so potent that you only need to use a little bit to get an intense flavour, and they are always available when sometimes I may have run out of ingredients.

Lemon and coconut bliss balls

Ingredients

1 cup raw cashews

1 cup desiccated coconut

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla essence

20 drops doTERRA lemon essential oil

Method

Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender or food processor and blend at high speed until you have homogenous dough.

Roll into small balls, then roll in extra desiccated coconut

Keep refrigerated until serving
